With blued octagonal sighted barrel (area of pitting) signed along the top flat, cylinder with turned forward edge and numbered from '1' to '5', border engraved frame, butt and trigger-guard all decorated with scrolling foliage, foliate engraved hammer with unusual sprung safety-button, case-hardened rammer with knurled finial and retained by a clip through a hole, chequered figured rounded grips,barrels retians 85 % of the original blue, the cylinder was caseharndened and turned dark grey, frame has approx. 20 % orig. blue .
