Dragoon size Norwich pepperbox with nipple shield

Dragoon size Norwich pepperbox with nipple shield, cal 36, Flayderman P 59, item 5A 036

Early variation having only the marking ALLEN'S PATENT on the hammer,  and these are dated 1837, as this one, see falyderman bottom of page 57. 

6 inch barrelcluster with  THIN flat ribs,  (MY inventorynumber 701 has large barrelribs)serialnumber is 99. works perfect, orig. grips numbered to the gun and retaining most of the varnish. Pepperbox is medium grey and works fine.
