Sharps model 1851 carbine SUPER RARE

Sharps model 1851 carbine  SUPER RARE Serial 1877,   With maynard tape primer, brass patchbox , known as the Mormon pioneer rifle as many were carried west by the Mormon immigrants to Utah in early pre civil war era. Only 400 of these made, 

Overall medium brown showing fine markings and good bore,  stock is original showing some stresslines, all parts original and works fine, this carbine is as rare as a Colt Walker,  fine plus.
