Privacy Policy

This document outlines how your personal data is processed and which cookies (and/or other technologies) are used on this website, whether by us or third parties. The party responsible for processing this personal data is:

(hereinafter referred to as we/us)

When you provide your personal data on this website (for example, by filling out the contact form, placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, or granting permission for specific cookies via the privacy manager), it is assumed that you have read this privacy policy thoroughly and explicitly agree to its content.

Which personal data do we collect and how?

To carry out our activities properly, we process the following personal data:

  • Type 1: data related to your browsing behaviour, including your IP address and detailed information about your visit to our website;
  • Type 2: data you explicitly provide via the forms on our website (contact form, upload form), including your name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, address details, preferences, and other data in the form fields;
  • Type 3: data you voluntarily disclose when contacting us by e-mail or telephone (such as your name, e-mail address, etc.);
  • Type 4: data required to subscribe to our newsletter (such as name, first name, e-mail address, etc.);
  • Type 5: data required for the correct handling of your request and all information as described in Type 2.

The above data is thus collected via cookies and similar techniques (type 1), through your use of our website (types 1, 2, 4, 5), and through your voluntary contact (type 3).

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data to correctly perform our activities:

  • Type 1: monitoring and optimising our website using anonymised statistics, from which your identity cannot be traced - but only if you have given your formal approval during your first visit to our site;
  • Type 2 & 3: to follow up on and process your request correctly - we base this on your formal approval given when submitting the relevant form, and our legitimate interest when you contact us by telephone;
  • Type 2, 3 & 4: for use in the context of the newsletter, with the legal basis being your prior opt-in to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at the bottom of every e-mail you receive from us or by contacting us via the contact form on our site;
  • Type 5: to provide the services you have purchased from us, with the legal basis being the execution of the agreement entered into with you;

We may also use your personal data for direct marketing, but only if you have given your prior consent or within the framework of the agreement entered into with you if you are or were a customer.

How and with whom is your personal data shared?

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except with your prior consent (for example, the choices you enter via the privacy manager of our site).

Please note that your personal data may be visible to specific (sub-)processors (our service providers) who have a mandate to process personal data on our behalf.

This website uses the services of the following (external) partners, who may or may not use cookies and process your personal data.

Should we be legally required to disclose personal data (for example, by a court order or specific legislation), we will endeavour to inform you in advance to the best of our ability, as far as the law permits.

In the event that our activities are acquired or discontinued, your personal data may be transferred. To the extent technically or commercially feasible, we will endeavour to inform you in advance where possible.

How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing. For example, for legal reasons, we must retain your billing information and order history for at least 7 years after the last invoice date. If you have questions about the duration of the processing of your personal data, please contact us via the contact form on our website or by post to the address above.

You may contact us at any time to access, correct, supplement, or delete your personal data, or to inquire about how we use your personal data. If you have given specific consent for certain data processing, you can withdraw it at any time. You have the right to request your personal data in a digital and readable format. You can also write to us to restrict the processing of your personal data under specific conditions as described in the GDPR. If there are legally justified reasons that outweigh our need to process your personal data, you can object to our processing of your personal data. To exercise your rights, please contact us via the contact form on our website or by post to the address above.
