Perfect Colt Single action 1873, cal 45 Colt BEST OF BEST 

Serialnumber 98748, all matching, built in 1883 and shipped out of the Colt waerehouse in 1885, comes with the original colt letter, envelope and the worksheet, dated 2 July 1957. 

The 7 1/2 inch barreled single action is in 100 % cfactory condition and has not been fired. 

It was born as a 44/40 having a 7 1/2 inch barrel. Was returned to the Colt Factory in 1957 to be repaired. The worksheet clearly states the work done and the tranformation to a caliber 45 Colt  with a 7 1/2 inch barrel.  Colt kept the original wooden grips , born on this gun.
