Sharps 1853 Carbine, cal 52 Percussion

These fall between serials 9000 to 19000, this one is serial 21672. A few are known, made upof left over parts, but this oen is probably the highest number known.

The 21 1/2 inch barrel is excellent, no pitting, all markings are correct.  Lockplate has the early adres ith anapostrophe in it,

Has the short version of the sling, original sights present, brass buttplate and patchbox, as should be.  This one is 100 % correct in a fine shape, stock is excellent, and a nice find. Good shooter.
